One application that runs on any device! Our mobile web apps run on all systems, including Apple (iPad, iPhone, MacBook) Android (Samsung, LG, Google) Microsoft (Windows phones, tablets and laptops) and even Amazon's Fire HD tablets. Native mobile apps are expensive to develop, especially for multiple platforms.
With mobile web apps, updates are automatic, because nothing was actually installed on your device. You can also use inexpensive hardware to help keep your event's costs down. (You might even ask your employees to use their own devices! :)
We have a few event-oriented scanning/counting utilities that have been successfully deployed for special-purpose tasks. These SaaS utilities can be fully branded for any event, including custom logo, colors and fonts. We work closely with your team to use existing branding assets, and configure a solution to your needs.
Count-It — This utility is useful when you need to count people accessing an area, but you don't need to validate their permission for that access. Detailed reporting is available at day's end to show the details of how many people accessed that location, and at what times of the day. An hourly reporting option is available to keep you informed by email how the traffic numbers are developing. |
Scan-It — This utility is useful when you need to count people who have been issued a barcode to access an area, such as a main gate entrance to an event, or a location within the event. Barcode scanning can be used with or without validating the person's permission to access that area. Of course, detailed reporting is available at day's end to show the details of who was scanned, when they were scanned, and whether or not they were allowed access. |
Track-It — This utility is useful when you need to track the movement of someone or something within designated areas using barcodes. Variations of this engine have been deployed to track movement of inventory, and even to track who was given which golf cart each day at PGA golf championship events, where people and golf carts have barcodes. |
Our SaaS solutions are hosted on a powerful platform that boasts 99.9% uptime. We can scale up servers as necessary to take on peak traffic times, such as during an event. We also use cloud-based edge servers to ensure high-performance, and stop any denial of service (DDoS) attacks.
The different ways these mobile web apps can be deployed is limited only to your imagination! We can't wait to discover how we might use these scanning/counting utilities to help you.
This is a portal site for all of our mobile web apps, including custom apps we've developed for our customers. Once your custom app is ready for use, or after your event has been provisioned on our SaaS platform, you will return to this website. When you're ready to use your app, simply:
Optionally, to make it run like a native app in your phone or tablet, use the "Add to Home Screen" option in Chrome or Safari. You can then launch the app directly from your home screen. And updates to the app are automatic, so there's no need to run any updates or reinstalls. This is how web is supposed to work!
If you get stuck or need help, you can always call the number at the bottom of this page. We'll get you back on track.
We developed a customer-activation solution for an IBM event, which included data integration on the backend for automation with their consumer-services group.
We developed a touch-screen kiosk solution for a consumer electronics show, which was used both to entertain visitors and collect contact information for marketing.
We developed several scanning solutions for PGA's tournaments to control access to private areas, count people entering specific venues and to assign and track golf carts.
